Restoration of illegal waste territories around Baku city, Azerbaijan Republic
The supply order issued by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan was satisfied 3 months ahead of schedule. The project includes cleaning of 41 landfills in and around Baku, transportation of 600,000 tons of solid waste, transportation of domestic and hazardous waste of total volume of 1,528,100 m3 to Balakhani and Sumgayit landfills, cleaning and landscape design. The cost of the project is USD 7.2m.
